Refund policy

 Exchanges

Although we do not offer refunds, store credit and exchanges are easy!  Wrong size? No worries; exchanges are simple. All you need to do is ship the item back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to include an email containing the following information:

1. Order Number and your name

2. The product you'd like to exchange for

3. If you want your order sent to a new address, please include it in your email.

That's it! Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, the new item will be sent out! Note: New Moon Threads is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. However, if we ship out something wrong or it's a mistake on our end, we'll cover the exchange shipping. If a shipping address was inputted by mistake on your end, we typically charge a flat $5.00 to resend the package.
